We’re Dame is a modern sexual wellness brand redefining how pleasure, intimacy, and personal well-being are approached in today’s wellness industry. Founded in 2014 by sexologist Alexandra Fine and MIT-trained engineer Janet Lieberman, the brand was created to close the “pleasure gap” and design products that prioritize comfort, inclusivity, and real human needs. Over time, We’re Dame has become one of the most recognized names in the sexual wellness space, known for combining scientific research with thoughtful, human-centered product design.

At the heart of We’re Dame is a mission to transform intimate care into a natural extension of overall wellness. Unlike traditional adult brands, Dame approaches pleasure through education, research, and open conversation. Its products are developed through extensive user feedback and guided by sexual health expertise, ensuring body-safe materials, intuitive functionality, and accessible design suitable for a wide range of individuals. This research-driven philosophy positions the brand as a leader within the growing femtech and modern wellness movement.

The brand gained widespread attention with the launch of Eva, a hands-free wearable vibrator that helped bring discussions about sexual wellness into mainstream culture. Since then, We’re Dame has expanded its collection to include innovative vibrators, lubricants, intimacy accessories, and wellness products designed to support both solo exploration and partnered experiences. Each product reflects the brand’s commitment to empowerment, comfort, and inclusive design principles.

Beyond product innovation, We’re Dame actively promotes education and destigmatization around sexuality, encouraging healthier conversations about intimacy and self-care. Through educational initiatives and community engagement, the brand supports a more open and positive understanding of sexual wellness as an important part of holistic health.

Today, We’re Dame stands as a pioneering wellness brand that blends innovation, research, and empowerment, appealing to consumers seeking high-quality, thoughtfully designed solutions for intimate well-being. As awareness of sexual wellness continues to grow globally, We’re Dame remains at the forefront of a cultural shift that recognizes pleasure and intimacy as essential components of modern self-care.
